For sports, your photos will first be given to your player’s coach. Afterwards, their coach will hand out the photos to your player, usually at a practice or game towards the end of the season. For dance, packages you order will be shipped out to the address written on your form or delivered to your dance studio. For school photos, these will be dropped off at the school and handed out to your child during the school day.

Your photos will be finished and handed out by the end of the season, generally 3 weeks after picture day.

If there is a misspelling, incorrect stat, if you’re missing an item from your order, or if you have another question regarding your photos, you can contact us via e-mail, phone call, or text message. We will typically respond within 24 hours (weekends are subject to longer response times).

If your photos are too dark, too bright, damaged, or not to your liking, please contact us via e-mail, phone call, or text message, and we’ll happily take care of your concern. Refunds and retakes are available upon request.

For sports, photos will be taken on the location that was decided by the league. For dance, photos will be taken either at the dance studio or at dress rehearsal. If you have any questions regarding shoot location, contact the league or dance studio.

Typically, we will be in the office from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. However, there are some occasions in which we are out of the office on a shoot. If we don’t respond within 24 hours whether it be via e-mail, phone call, or text, feel free to leave us a voicemail and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

We accept all kinds of credit or debit cards regardless of your bank or card type (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash and checks.

Payments are due on the day of the shoot. If you are having difficulties paying on the day of the shoot, or if you won’t be able to make it to picture day, give us a call and we will be able to take your payment over the phone.

Picture days are decided by the league manager or dance studio. If you are not sure of the day and time of your shoot, contact the manager or studio to learn more.
